Open the book in the studio. Failed steps show an error and a retry that resumes from the first missing page — completed pages are never redone.

My export will not download

Exports are assembled only after every required page is complete. If the book is complete and the download still fails, contact support with the book title.

Purchase or entitlement question

Include the email used at checkout. Lifetime access stays on your account permanently, and redeemed access codes never need re-entering.
