Terms of Service
Last updated 1 September 2026. These terms govern purchases, access codes and books produced through petstorymaker.com.
Agreement
These terms form the agreement between you and Pet Storybook Studio for use of petstorymaker.com. By creating an account, redeeming an access code or making a purchase you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Your account
You need an account to generate and export books. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older to purchase.
What you purchase
Single Book access ($9.99, one-time) grants completion and export of one customized storybook. Lifetime Creator access ($19.99, one-time) grants unlimited storybook generations on your account. Both are one-time payments, not subscriptions, and neither renews automatically.
Access codes
An access code issued by us grants the entitlement described when it is issued. Codes are for use on your own account only; sharing, reselling or publishing a code invalidates it and may result in revocation of the granted access.
Entitlements
Entitlements are attached to your account and cannot be transferred. Lifetime access does not expire unless it is revoked for a reason set out in these terms, for example a refund, chargeback or breach of acceptable use.
Refunds
Because books are generated to order and delivered digitally, we ask you to contact ibuildwithai247365@gmail.com if something went wrong with your book. If we cannot produce or repair a book you paid for, we refund that purchase. Refunds and chargebacks revoke the associated entitlement, and access to exports granted by it ends.
Your book and its content
You keep the rights you already hold in the pet details and reference photos you supply. Subject to payment, you may print, gift, keep and share the finished book you create for personal use. You may not resell the generated illustrations or story as stock artwork or as a template product.
Acceptable use
Intake details must describe a real pet you are entitled to depict. Do not upload content you do not own, content depicting people without their consent, or content that is unlawful, hateful or sexual. Do not attempt to bypass payment, probe access codes, or interfere with generation for other customers.
AI-generated results
Illustrations and story text are produced by AI models. Results vary and are not identical between runs. We keep a persistent character bible to hold your pet's appearance consistent across pages, but we cannot guarantee a photographic likeness or a specific artistic outcome.
Availability and interruptions
Generation depends on third-party AI and payment providers, so the service is provided on an as-available basis. If a generation step fails, production resumes from the first incomplete page rather than charging you again. We may modify or discontinue features, and will not remove an entitlement you have already paid for by doing so.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits from books you print or give away.
Changes and contact
